Okay, here is the story. I am a fan of Lost Prophets and just recently bought the Liberation Transmition CD, but could I find a wallpaper for my PC with the loooooooooovely picture of the male lead in it? Could I heck. So? Why are you telling me this? I painted one, foo's!!

I was annoyed, speed painted using the ref pic from their web site and the one on the CD, which is abotu 3 inches square :S I mean, please guys, my eyes are getting old.

Anyway. I like it, it does its job and my desktop is now decorated to my satisfaction.

Drew the outline of the handsome hunk with the pencil set to 1.0 in black. Left it as a top layer. Block filled in colour using Colour Pic 4 to gain the correct colours and painted in the colour using Oil Pastel (cause it rocks). Deleted the layer containing the sketch.. Hmm, I have that if anyone wants to see it? Anyway. Used 'Just Add Water' to blend the colours and give it that.. uh.. Painted look. Adjusted shadows and his eye, which drove me nuts. Voila.
